PURPOSE:To discriminate whether or not the difference between inputted number of on-states and inputted number of off-states is positive, zero or negative by providing stepwise switch elements operated in response to a signal from a control terminal with simple configuration. CONSTITUTION:Control terminals IY1-IY4 receiving an on-state, control terminals IN1-IN4 receiving an off-state, and control terminals IAI-IA4 receiving an intermediate-state are provided to a 1st-4th stage of the count circuit. Switch elements of (2n-1) sets are provided to the n-th stages in 1st to N-th stages (n<=N) (N=2 in this embodiment) and switch elements of (4N-2n+3) sets are provided to the n-th stage in (N+1)th to 2N-th stages. For example, 2nd switching elements of the 2nd stage are MOST Q7-Q9. For example, an input signal whose level is logical H is given to the terminals IY1, IN2, IA3, IY4, only MOST Q3, Q10, Q20, Q33 are turned on and a low level signal is outputted from an output terminal O(+1) only. |
