摘要 PURPOSE:To raise the effective efficiency of power generation by a method wherein a conductive foil body in the conductive state to a photo detecting surface or rear surface is provided as an electrically connecting member to the other photovoltaic element or power leading-out terminal member on the rear surface of the photodetecting surface of the photovoltaic member for minimizing the region excluding the photodetecting part. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor layer 202 comprising a rear surface reflecting layer and an amorphous silicon layer is formed immediately above a substrate 201 supporting the whole photovoltaic element 101. Next, an insulating member 204 is sticked on a transparent conductive film 203 so that the part outer than an etching line 102 may not be shortcircuited to the substrate 201 and then a conductive foil body 103 is fixed using a bonding agent 205. At this time, a collector electrode 104 is continuously formed to make the electrical connection between the transparent conductor film 203 and the conductive foil body 103 feasible. Furthermore, the collector electrode 104 collects the power generated in the semiconductor layer 202 through the transparent conductive film 203 to be carried to the conductive foil body 103.
