FIELD: abdominal surgery. SUBSTANCE: anterior leaflets of vaginas of straight abdominal muscles are longitudinally dissected. Borders of resultant medial flaps are sutured without tension at the suture line and detached from muscles. Ends of threads are cut at each second suture. Free transplant is sutured to borders of lateral flaps and simultaneously sutured along median line by remaining threads.
