The device comprises a plate which is put into motion by the head of water on when the wave impulse goes forward and as well it goes backwards. The arrangement may comprise a storage tank to improve the strength of the water head. In an another embodiment the plate may be replaced by a round or helicoidal plate which would use the water head impulse when goes forward but prevent the return of water through the plate.
