PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase starting torque while preventing increase in size of an vibration actuator by increasing only the sliding part of a vibrator and a mover. SOLUTION: The actuator 10 comprises a vibrator 11 having a sliding part 18 and a general part 19, and a relative motion member 25 (25a, 25b) coming into pressure contact with the vibrator 11 through the end face D of the sliding part 18. Equivalent radius at the sliding part being calculated based on the area of the end face D of the sliding part 18 is set longer than the equivalent radius at the general part being calculated based on the cross-sectional area of the general part 19. Equivalent radius of the relative motion member 25 is set longer than the equivalent radius being calculated based on the cross-sectional area of the general part 19. |
