PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust from sticking/accumulating onto a movable part of a lens drive mechanism by making a shutter member abut on an abutment pin to rotate and cap closing a through hole when an optical pickup device is movement operated. SOLUTION: An objective lens drive mechanism 37 is covered by a cover 14 for preventing the dust from sticking to the movable part and an objective lens 15. The through hole larger than the size of the objective lens 15 is provided on the upper surface part of the cover 14, and through which outgoing luminous flux is emitted to the outside. Further, the fan-shaped planar shutter member 18 closing/opening the through hole is attached rotatably around a shaft 16 in the state housed in the cover 14. The shutter member 18 is turning energized usually in the direction cap opening the through hole by a spring member. At this time, when the optical pickup device is movement operated, and arrives at a position B, the shutter member 18 is abutted on the abutment pin 21, and is rotated for the pickup device on the position C to cap close the through hole. |
