PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously cool or heat many rooms by arbitrarily inspecting an operating state of an indoor unit of the other party side by a communication between indoor units, and normally operating the indoor unit of the opposite side even in operating a safety unit of the one indoor unit. SOLUTION: Low temperature operation, high temperature operation and defrosting operation of indoor units are controlled by a control means 30 according to a tube temperature sensed by a tube temperature sensing mens 50, and the operating states of the respective indoor units are coded and a communication signal is input to and output from the indoor units of the other party side via a communication means 110. And, the state of the indoor unit of the other party side is arbitrarily inspected by the means 30 in response to a received signal, of the means 110, and the indoor unit of the opposite side is normally operated even at the time of operating the safety unit of the one indoor unit. Thus, many rooms can be simultaneously cooled or heated, and degree of satisfaction of a consumer can be satisfied. |
