Expresso brewing head unit

The brewing head unit has closure devices (12) for detachably fixing on a brewing unit. A filter plate (3) with coffee outlet openings (11) fits on the base of a plastics pot-shaped coffee holder (1). A reinforcement ring (2) of stable material such as metal is fixedly embedded in the upper edge (5) of the coffee holder. The reinforcement ring has moulded areas which are a component part of the closure devices. The reinforcement ring can be embedded in the edge area through injection moulding of the coffee holder. The closure devices are formed as projections (12) projecting radially from the outside wall of the reinforcement ring to form part of a bayonet lock.
