Transmitter/receiver switching mechanism for mobile telephones

The mechanism has a piezoelectric bar having two fixed armatures (21,22) forming capacitors and a mobile contact (23) of a piezoelectric material. The interior faces of these armatures are metalised for constituting electric contacts. The central piezoelectric bar can be placed in the outer armature positions so as to maintain the characteristic impedance of the circuit.
