<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable performance of an accumulator under a vibrated environment. SOLUTION: A space inside a vessel 1 is divided into two chambers by means of a partition wall 6, one of the chambers being a gas chamber sealing gas, the other being an operation chamber 9 into which fluid can be introduced. The partition wall 6 is a welded bellows 6 prepared by integrally connecting inner and outer diameter portions of a plurality of annular plates 7 with each other due to gas welding, etc., forming bellows. The operation chamber 9 is formed on an inner peripheral side of the welded bellows 6, while the gas chamber 10 is formed on the outer peripheral side. A cylindrical inner wall 12 is arranged on the portion near the inner peripheral surface of the welded bellows 6 inside the operation chamber 9. Direct action of the fluid flowing into the operation chamber 9 to the welded bellows 6 is prevented by the inner wall 12, improving durability of the bellows 6.</p> |
