<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a recycle block accelerating the recycle of industrial wastes including waste plastic. SOLUTION: A recycle block 12 is formed of inside industrial wastes 14 and a bag 16 in which the industrial wastes 14 are filled, As the industrial wastes 14, wastes of files, wood pieces, curing vinyl sheets, bundling tapes, PP bags, fillers, part storage bags, PET bottles, lactic acid beverage containers and the like are used, and the plastic wastes filled in the bag 16 just in the shape of being recovered. The bag 16 is formed into the rectangular shape in the swelling state. The industrial wastes 14 in the state of being recovered are filled in the bag 16 and a block of almost rectangular shape is formed. Air in the bag 16 is sucked by a vacuum pump 20, and the industrial wastes 14 are sealed in the bag 16, and the shape of the recycle block 12 is stabilized.</p> |
