PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool to handle a prestressed concrete sleeper by utilizing the hole of the shoulder part of the pandrol type prestressed concrete sleeper. SOLUTION: A round steel is bent to form a U-shape to form a hook 1, which is attached to a T-shaped handle 3. The tip thereof is bent inward for slip-off prevention and inserted in a shoulder part to perform lifting and movement.
