PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anechoic chamber that improves effective bulk ratio, while reducing the thickness of an electronic wave absorbing material arranged on the inner surface of the anechoic chamber, and can cope with a wide range of operation frequency. SOLUTION: An anechoic chamber has an attached measurement chamber 2 and an opening 3. Inside a wall surface that is composed by an electromagnetic shield material, an electronic wave absorbing material 4 that is composed by overlapping a pyramid-shaped resin formed body where a dielectric loss material is dispersed and contained on the lattice-shaped electronic wave absorption material is provided. In the lattice-shaped electronic wave absorbing material, ferrite magnetic bodies with thickness, height, and length are crossed with one another at prescribed intervals and are arraigned on an electronic wave reflecting surface, and the height and length directions of the ferrite magnetic bodies are made nearly parallel with the direction of incidence and that of magnetic field of an operation electronic wave, thus coping with a wide range of operating frequency of kHz to GHz level, and at the same time establishing electromagnetic shield performance and improving the effective efficiency of the RF anechoic chamber. |
