PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity in image-recording in the case of performing recording on single side of recording material and in the case of performing recording on both sides thereof in an electrophotographic system image forming device. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with two image forming units 3a and 3b having a photoreceptor drum and a developing device, and fixing devices 4a and 4b. Recording paper is fed to the units 3a and 3b from cassettes 1a and 1b by paper feeding rollers 2a and 2b. At the time of performing recording on both sides of the recording paper, recording is performed on the different sides of the recording paper by the units 3a and 3b, and at the time of performing recording on either side of plural sheets of recording paper, recording is performed on either side of the recording paper in parallel by the units 3a and 3b. |
