PURPOSE: A method for producing a high-intensity and middle-density board is provided, which produces a high-intensity board about loading, breaking, and pressing by inserting a nylon-net in the middle layer of the board. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a high-intensity and middle-density board is comprised of: purifying impurities included in dried wood fibrous chips; mixing the purified chips, urea resin, and a wax; drying the same instantly; forming a lower fibrous mat(3) by making the chip piled up onto a conveyor belt with blowing it with air; piling up a nylon-net(4) onto the lower fibrous mat(3); forming an upper fibrous mat(3') by making the chip piled up onto the nylon-net(4) with blowing it with air; and forming the board with pressing firstly and secondly. |
