PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card-type camera that has an image-processing function, can be monitored in real time from an external information processing unit, and is accessible from the information processing unit. SOLUTION: An IC card section 33 has a memory section 24, various image processing sections, and an IC card interface section 32 and is contained in the information processing unit, when it is mounted on the external information processing unit. An image input section 23 has an image-forming section 21 and an image pickup section 22 and is projected to the outside of the information processing unit to capture an image of an object. The image-processing section applies image processing to image data written in the memory section 24, to convert the processed data into image data optimum for display by an image display means of the information processing unit. The IC card interface section 32 sends out the image data, after the image processing to the information processing unit to enable monitoring in real time, while making it accessible by the information processing unit to set the image-processing conditions or the like. |
