PURPOSE: A method for concluding a contract of a short-term securing insurance commodity is provided to conclude a joining contract of a short-term securing insurance with respect to a predetermined period or distance by using a wireless Internet and a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: If a user rides a taxi, a taxi driver asks the user whether the user wishes to join to insurance for an accident in the taxi(S3000). If the user approves the suggestion(S3100), the driver operates an insurance joining switch(S3200). According as a taxi is driven, an insurance bill is increased in proportion to a driving distance and time and displayed in a taxi meter and charged to the user. If the insurance joining switch is pressed, a mobile terminal in the taxi transmits information of the taxi to an insurance company through an insurance commodity relay businessman(S3300). The insurance company notifies the contract conclusion to the taxi through an insurance commodity relay businessman(S3400). The notification may be informed through a voice with an insurance number. If the user reaches to a destination, the taxi driver resets the meter, and a taxi fare, an insurance bill, a taxi number, and taxi driving time information are automatically transmitted to the insurance company(S3800). The insurance company receives an insurance bill from a taxi company, and the insurance bill may receive a commission from the insurance company(S3900,S4000).
