PRODUCTION PROCESS OF WOODEN COFFIN FOR FUNERAL WITH SAWDUST INCLUDING CHARCOAL BASED

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a wooden coffin for funeral with sawdust including charcoal based which contains a large quantity of charcoal so that it inhibits the generation of humidity and smell in funeral. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the wooden coffin(100) for funeral with sawdust(110) including charcoal based comprises the steps of: (i) on a basis of 100wt.% of sawdust, adding 5-15wt.% of powdered charcoal(120); (ii) adding 8-12wt.% of a liquid adhesive for wood to mix uniformly; (iii) placing the mixture in a tetragonal frame, pressing by a press and heating to harden the mixture to a certain degree; and (iv) separating the mixture from a mold and perfectly hardening board-stated mixture to assemble in a coffin form.
