摘要 PURPOSE: A method for machining a piston ball tube assembling hole for a power steering is provided to maximize machining efficiency by cutting a portion of an inlet of a ball tube assembling hole as an inclined portion employing an endmill and to improve the durability of a piston by maximizing the thickness of a ball rolling portion and an inclined portion inside a piston. CONSTITUTION: An endmill(19) is withdrawn in a slant line of a specific angle toward a ball tube assembling hole(8) while the end mill is withdrawn toward another ball tube assembling hole. The endmill is kept in the rotational state. By cutting the ball tube assembling holes in the inclined direction, inclined portions(20) is formed. By the inclined portion, thickness between a ball rolling portion(15) and the inclined portion is maximized. Therefore, working hours is reduced while the durability of a piston(4) is reinforced.
