PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable pulling-out device which can protect a cable and can lead out from a cable lead of a casing while reliably preventing slip-out of the cable therefrom, and can miniaturize the cable lead to realize an enlarged internal space and its efficient assembling. SOLUTION: The cable lead device includes a base 27, a clump fitting 22 which has a pair of engaging projection pieces 29a and 29b provided to one end of the base 27 and having a length larger than the diameter of an opening for a cable lead 3 made in a casing 2 and which is mounted as caulked to a cable 15 from the side of a base 27, and a bush member 21 which has an accommodation part 26 having a generally cylindrical fitting groove 24 fitted at its outer periphery with the cable lead 3 for accommodating the base 27 with the engaging projection pieces 29 outwardly exposed at an opening site of one end of the cable hole 23.
