PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal that can prevent the operability from being deteriorated even in a state that transmission of a radio wave is limited. SOLUTION: When an incoming call function is deactivated and a calling function is activated by a menu operation by operation keys 34, only incoming call processing and position registration processing are deactivated among display processing of reception strength icons, transmission processing, the incoming call processing and the position registration processing. In this case, an antenna 16 outputs no reply signal for the incoming call or position registration, but a display device 32 displays the reception strength icon and the transmission processing is conducted when dialing is made.
