PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily hold a fuel guide pipe for preventing unstable loose movement for facilitating operation of a stretching part, by providing a disk-like upper plate on an upper part of a cylinder engaged with an internal periphery of an opening of a plastic container, and forming, on the upper plate, a small diameter body with which the fuel guide pipe can be attached. SOLUTION: A cylinder 2 of a cap body 1 is formed to be engaged with an internal periphery 13 of an opening 11 of a plastic container 10. A flange 4 is provided on an upper part of the cylinder 2 to prevent kerosene dripping on the cap body 1 from flowing out. An upper plate 3 of the cap body 1 is formed with a small diameter cylinder 5 and a through hole 6. The small diameter body 5 is used to hold and fix a fuel guide pipe of a fuel pump with appropriate intensity for facilitating operation of a stretching part. A fuel pipe which has drawn out of a tank after fueling is inserted into the through hole 6. Thus, the fuel pump need not be drawn out of the plastic container 10, thereby preventing kerosene from dripping from a lower end of the fuel guide pipe. |
