<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual release mechanism of a clamper capable of miniaturizing the entire mechanism and performing the work with a small operating force. <P>SOLUTION: In this manual release mechanism of the clamper, a pair of brake shoes 4 and 5 hold and release a member A to be clamped by the advancing/retracting operation of a movable core 2 of an electromagnetic drive unit 1. This mechanism comprises a rod 6 which is connected to the movable core 2 and inserted in the electromagnetic drive unit 1 with the advancing/retracting direction as the axial direction, an extension member 7 which is connected to the rod 6 and extends to an outer peripheral area of the electromagnetic drive unit 1 in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the rod 6, a lever member 8 to press the extension member 7, and a manual operation unit 9 to operate the lever member 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
