<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which enables the avoidance of the less visible display in the main area of a liquid crystal panel under the influence of the display state (color combination and contract) at the display part of a variable display device. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a high-luminance white LEDs 44 (BL8-11) which is provided on a surface decoration member 8a to irradiate the light onto the main area 202 overlapping at least the variable display device 8 (variable display part 9) in the liquid crystal panel 201 and when the image display is made in the main area 202, a control is made to lower the luminance of the variable display part 9 as compared with that when no image display is made in the main area 202. This enables the avoidance of the less visible display in the main area 202 of the liquid crystal panel 201 under the influence of the display state (color combination and contrast) at the variable display part 9 of the variable display device 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
