PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic laminated metal sheet using no adhesive, having rough absorving action and using a material having no problem from an aspect of environmental pollution as an adhesive layer, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The plastic laminated metal sheet is obtained by thermally bonding a polyester film 2 represented by laminating polyethylene terephthalate on at least one side of a metal sheet through the adhesive layer comprising a polybutylene terephthalate film 1.
