PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a breaker trip in the case of using an electric appliance by exceeding a breaker capacity, by automatically decreasing current consumption of the electric appliance so as to prevent exceeding the breaker capacity. SOLUTION: A current consumption measuring transmitter 2 is mounted in a distribution panel 1, and in an electric appliance 3 a current consumption information receiver 7, its associated control circuit 9 and consumption current adjusting circuit 8 are mounted. In a breaker trip avoiding device thus constituted, in the case that total current consumption of the electric appliance in use tends to reach a limit of the breaker capacity an electric appliance 3 detects information transmitted from the current consumption measuring transmitter 2 and prevents the current consumption from exceeding the limit. In the case of providing a margin in the breaker capacity within this range, the device is operated so as to avoid a breaker trip by increasing the current consumption. |
