Provided is a manufacturing method of a loess block achieves environment-friendly loess blocks which are low in water absorption, and superior in bonding force and compressive strength. The manufacturing method of a loess block comprises: a preparation process of loess powder, which involves drying loess to have 5% of water content and screening/pulverizing the loess; a preparation process of loess composition, which involves mixing the loess powder with fine aggregate at a ratio of 6:4-9:1 by weight and mixing, with respect to 100wt% of the loess aggregate mixture, 10-30wt% of cement, 1-3wt% of waterproof solution, and 3-10wt% of water; and molding the loess composition and curing the mold at 50-85deg.C for 10-20 hours.
