A twin caliper brake of a vehicle is provided to improve responsiveness and braking performance, and to eliminate drag by differently controlling roll back of a piston according to each cylinder bore and changing shape of a groove according to the diameter of the cylinder bore. A groove(114) is formed in a cylinder bore arranged in the middle of a cylinder, and a piston is installed in the cylinder bore and reciprocated according to pressure of fluid flowing into a hydraulic supply line to contact an inner brake pad to a disk. The dimension of a portion of the groove is different from the dimension of the other portion of the groove according to diameter of each cylinder bore. The front chamfer, the rear chamfer, the width linearly connecting the front chamfer to the rear chamfer, the depth of the groove and the angle from a bottom of the groove are different according to the diameter of the cylinder bore. Roll back is controlled by differently forming the front chamfer and the rear chamfer of the groove, and the seal squeeze is adjusted by adjusting the angle from the bottom of the groove.
