A mobile communication terminal having a function of artificial vocal cords is provided to enable a control unit to output an electrical signal through a speaker or to transmit the electrical signal as data to the outside after sensing the vibration of man's neck and converting the vibration into the electrical signal, thereby enabling a user to perform the artificial vocal cords function by using the mobile communication terminal with the user at all times and enabling the deaf and dumb to make a call. A mobile communication terminal having a function of artificial vocal cords comprises the followings: a vibration sensing part(30) which senses the vibration or tremor of the body; a converting part(32) which converts the sensed vibration or tremor into an electrical signal; a voice processing part(20) which converts the electrical signal into a voice signal; and a speaker(28) which converts the voice signal into a sound wave and outputs it to the outside.
