PURPOSE:To efficiently form business forms having different formats, by providing an input paper with a printer selection mark, reading the mark by a mark- reading means, and selecting a printer to be used for printing on the basis of a signal thus read. CONSTITUTION:When a gift application 1 is set on an input device 9 and inputting is designated, characters, printer selection marks and the like written in each column are read by an optical reading means provided in the input device 9, and are stored into an input buffer 10. It is decided by a mark-deciding part 11 in which of the columns 4a, 4b the printer selection mark 16 is written. Based on a decision signal thus obtained, an input/output controlling means 12 selects a printer 13, 14 to be used for outputting. An input position- designating means 15 designates each region to be cut out corresponding to a format predetermined according to the printer 13, 14 to be used for outputting. Therefore, the printers 13, 14 form slips 7, 8 with different formats. |
