<p>A display wherein no cpacitors parasitize data lines and the driving circuit thanks to a bank layer defining a region where an organic semiconductor film is formed in a substrate. Before forming in a pixel region an organic semiconductor film for creating a light emitting device such as an electroluminescent device or an LED, a bank layer (bank) of a black resist is formed around the pixel region. Another bank layer (bank) is formed between a data line (sig) through which image signals are supplied to both of a 1st TFT (20) and a holding capacitor (cap) and an opposed electrode (op) to prevent any capacitor from parasitizing the data line (sig).</p> |
