The present invention relates to a method for cultivating fungi, wherein i) an inoculant material consisting of a concentrate of fungi is inoculated in a culture medium, ii) the culture medium thus inoculated is conditioned under circumstances such that said fungi multiply, and iii) the fungi formed in step ii) are harvested.
