PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool cutting device capable of canceling the rotary cutting of a workpiece an outer periphery of which is higher by a predetermined height or more than a center.SOLUTION: The cutting tool cutting device for rotary-cutting the surface of a plate-like workpiece including a device area in which a plurality of devices are disposed and an end material area of the outer periphery of the device area includes a chuck table having a holding surface for holding the device area, cutting means for rotary-cutting the workpiece held on the chuck table by a cutting tool wheel including a cutting tool fitted to the tip of a spindle, height measuring means for measuring the surface heights of the device area and the end material area of the workpiece held on the chuck table, warning means for displaying warning information when the height of the end material area is higher than that of the device area measured by the height measuring means, and control means for controlling the chuck table, the cutting means, the height measuring means, and the warning means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
