摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic composite material (CFRTP) made of carbon fiber reinforced polyester resin having improved strength, corrosion resistance and the like, of which the use as civil-engineering/construction material, auto-motive material, aerospace material and other advanced materials is expected to expand, and bolt/nut made of the thermoplastic composite material.SOLUTION: Polyester/carbon fiber composite material (CFRTP) is prepared by chemically bonding terminal carboxyl groups of polyester and carbon fiber possessed of carboxyl groups by using polyfunctional epoxy resin as a binder, and a catalyst according to a reactive extrusion method. An injection molded object is provided from the carbon fiber composite material having improved molten viscosity and mold processing property, and bolt/nut of which the properties such as strength are sharply improved is provided. Concurrently, by using chop articles of regenerated carbon fiber from carbon fiber reinforced thermosetting composite material (CFRP) of edge material produced upon assembling of aircraft or cheap recovery carbon long fiber, a sharp cost reduction is also made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
