PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer capable of reducing energy and costs, and capable of efficiently, evenly, moderately drying a target and an instrument in a time-saving manner, by using an energetically efficient drying method.SOLUTION: A dryer contains an adsorption container containing (silico-)alumino-phosphate as adsorbent, and manages heat. With the dryer, residual moisture from a target and an instrument to be dried is removed, and water-containing alumino-phosphate is reproduced.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
