PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core-shell type polymer particle capable of forming a film jointly having hardness, softness and moisture resistance and also facilitated in cleaning removal, a water-base polymer emulsion, and a hair cosmetic composition.SOLUTION: Provided is a core-shell type polymer particle in which the shell part is made of a both ionic polymer (A), and the core part is made of a hydrophobic polymer (B). Further, provided is a water-based polymer emulsion in which the core-shell type polymer particles are dispersed into water, and also provided is a hair cosmetic composition blended with the water-based polymer emulsion.SELECTED DRAWING: None
