The present invention relates to a kiln for pottery and a pottery manufacturing method using the same and, more specifically, to a kiln for pottery and a pottery manufacturing method using the same capable of reducing 40% or higher of gas consumption in comparison with gas consumption in the past and increasing the number of using the kiln by reducing duration of kiln usage by including a gas controlling device and an insulating layer inside a heating chamber. The kiln for pottery includes: a kiln body including the internal heating chamber capable of baking pottery; a drawer joined to the lower part of the kiln body, pulled out in an outer side, and having an air through-hole connected to the heating chamber in the lower side to pass air while pottery pieces are placed in the upper side; at least two gas supply units formed in one side of the kiln body and supplying a gas to the inside of the kiln body; and a control unit controlling an amount of a gas intake to the gas supplying units and the opening and closing of valves according to a user setup.
