摘要

A server is provided with a communication unit for communicating a power reduction request to the user terminal of a consumer and a control unit for acquiring smart meter information communicated from the user terminal if the consumer responds to the power reduction request. The smart meter information is information about the smart meter of a consumer facility that is to have the power thereof reduced, and the control unit determines the power reduction achieved by the consumer facility on the basis of the smart meter information.
