The towing equipment comprises a frame in which a towing hook member (20) is movably fitted, defining a towing eyelet (25). The towing hook member can exert a tractive force on a towing cable accommodating in the towing eyelet. The towing hook member can move out of the towing state to a freeing position in which the cable is released. Bolting devices (50) can counteract the movement of the towing hook member (20) from the towing state to the freeing position. A retention electromagnet (60) in the effective state can hold the bolting devices in the blocked state. The bolting device at the front have a bolt lever (53) connected with the bolt ratchet (51). The electromagnet engages with the bolt lever.
