The present invention provides a method to detoxify a copper ribbon electrode using oxidation reaction and recovering copper. According to the present invention, a coating portion of a copper ribbon electrode is selectively oxidized to be detoxified by a selective oxidation method, and an oxidation coating layer is removed using a ball milling process to recover only copper. |
