The present invention relates to an apparatus (1000) for molding a prepreg for an aircraft reinforcing material. When one side and the other side of a prepreg (10) are defined as a contact portion (11) and a molding portion (12), the apparatus (1000) comprises: a mold (100) for disposing the contact portion (11) of the prepreg (10) on the top thereof; a back film (200) surrounding the prepreg (10) and comprising an elastic material; a discharge portion for discharging the air filled in the back film (200) to form a vacuum state; a heat panel (300) for heating the molding portion (12) of the prepreg (10) while being in contact with the same so that the molding portion (12) of the prepreg (10) may be softened by heating; and a conveying panel (400) for moving the heat panel (300) so that the contact between the prepreg (10) and the heat panel (300) is eliminated and for molding the heated and softened molding portion (12) of the prepreg (10) into a structure corresponding to the contour of the mold (100).
