The present invention relates to a composition for skin moisturizing or whitening. More particularly, a skin composition for external uses comprises compound K and icariside B2 as effective components, thereby recovering a damaged function of a skin barrier, and enhancing skin moisturizing ability. Also, the skin composition for external uses alleviates symptoms of pigmentation such as melasma and freckles, or dull skin, and makes the color of skin look uniform and bright.
