PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a put-up jig for flags in a simple configuration, dispensing with a large-scale accessory facility and special processing and, even in a windless state, allowing persons to view the whole body of the flag from the front of a meeting place.SOLUTION: A rope 4 is laid along a surface of a vertical rod 7 in a pole 1 side and fixed to a plurality of parts of a put-up jig by locking members 12a so as to fix a put-up jig whole body to the rope. Two ropes of an ascent rope 4a and a descent rope 4b are held by a lifting/lowering rope clamping plate 9a provided on an upper side of the vertical rod and a lifting/lowering rope guide tool 14 provided on the lower side of the vertical rod, so as to retain an attitude and position of the put-up jig in a substantially same state. Flags 5 are just bound to a halfway part of the vertical rod or a horizontal rod 8 by a string or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
