PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of preventing a user's degree of freedom for setting of print setting items in a print control program 120 from being unnecessarily restricted while allowing a manager to properly manage a print setting value in the print control program (printer driver or the like).SOLUTION: A print management program managing a print control program receives designation of "a setting prohibited value" being a setting value (for example, "single side") which is prohibited from being set in a print control program among a plurality of print setting values ("single side", "double side" "booklet") for one print setting item ("print type"). The print control program receives a print setting operation by a user so as to prohibit setting of the previously-designated setting prohibited value ("single side") and permit setting of a setting value ("double side" or "booklet") other than the setting prohibited value among the plurality of print setting values for the one print setting item ("print type").SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
