An Internet socializing system for foreign language education of the present invention gives participants an example song entirely or partially written in a foreign language for the participants to sing along to the example song thus encourages the participants to study the foreign language pleasantly and efficiently. The Internet socializing system for foreign language education enables the participants to make a video file by filming them dancing to and singing the example song written in the foreign language and publish the video file on the Internet. The example song may have one among several levels classified by difficulty of the foreign language included in the example song. The Internet socializing system for foreign language education regularly updates the example song so as to encourage the participants to improve their foreign language skills continuously and enjoy friendly relationship with each other.
