According to an embodiment of the present invention, a guest room management device capable of encouraging active sales activities of a guest room owner and an operator, raising the profit rate through guest room sales, and distributing the guest room sales profit to the owner and seller of the guest room in a reasonable manner and an operation method thereof are provided. The device includes: a communication unit which receives sales information about a first guest room in which the sales amount and information about a seller of the first guest room are included; a calculation unit which calculates the management costs of the first guest room and a sales profit by deducting the management costs from the total sales; and a profit distribution unit which distributes the sales profit to the owner and the seller. The guest room information may include information about the owner, guest room sales price, and maintenance cost. |
