The present invention relates to an iron-grid type heating plate, in which flames are prevented from being in direct contact with the heating plate when cooking meat to thereby avoid burning the meat, and oils generated during the cooking of the meat are quickly discharged, so that the meat can be cooked only through heat. To this end, the present invention comprises: a bottom plate (10) including a water containing unit (11), a flange (12) extending outwardly at an upper end thereof, and a plurality of heat openings (13) formed at a selected interval at a center portion thereof in the longitudinal direction; a heating plate (20)including a flame opening (22) formed around a pressure applying unit (21) and whose outer edge portion is attached at an outer side of the water containing unit (11); a convex-shaped distributing plate (30)including a plurality of holes (35) for distributing flames rising through the flame opening (22) and whose edge portion is attached at the heating plate (20); a middle plate (40) including a block unit (41) for covering the heat openings (13) on the bottom plate (10) and including a side-facing discharge opening (42) on the block unit (41); and an upper plate (50) including a meat supporting unit (51) on which a cooked meat to be placed and a heating opening (52) disposed between convex units (53) and through which heat discharged through the discharge opening (42) rises. |
