PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech valve that can open and close an opening by a patient's simple operation.SOLUTION: A speech valve 1A includes: a body part 2 applied to a breath opening 101 of a tracheostomy tube 100, and having a passage part 3 in communication with the breath opening 101; a balloon 4 capable of operating between an open state for opening the passage part 3 of the body part 2 and a closed state for closing the passage part 3; a syringe 5 provided apart from the body part 4, and accepting a push-up operation of a plunger 5d by the patient; and a connecting tube 6 for connecting the syringe 5 with the balloon 4, and changing the balloon 4 in a deflated state into an expansion state by the operation to the syringe 5 to operate from the open state to the closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
