PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of increasing a moisture-proof effect by improving photo-curing properties even if a photo-curing and moisture-curing coating material is used, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A photo-curing and moisture-curing coating material 20 contains a moisture hardener having an isocyanate group (NCO group).
