PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user device notify a base station of a terminal identifier, so that identification of the user device by the base station is performed properly, when a plurality of terminal identifiers are assigned to the user device, in a mobile communication system where the user device and base station perform communication by using carrier aggregation.SOLUTION: A user device performing communication with a base station in a mobile communication system supporting carrier aggregation includes a management unit for receiving a terminal identifier of each cell or cell group in the carrier aggregation, from the base station, and holding the terminal identifier, and a transmission unit for transmitting a message, including a terminal identifier associated with a specific cell, out of the terminal identifiers held in the management unit, to the base station in the collision random access procedure executed in a specific cell out of a plurality of cells in the carrier aggregation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
